The screw welding machine feeder (TSF2X), in conjunction with the power supply and control system (TSE2X), provides automatic screw feeding function for fully automatic/semi-automatic welding guns and is an essential part of building an automated welding system. Adopting a bus based communication interface, the connection method can be serial or parallel, which is very flexible. This feeder can transport steel and aluminum standard flange bolts, large flange bolts, and grounding bolts. Thanks to the patented cylinder structure, it not only improves the feeding cycle but also achieves low noise. The modular design of the whole machine makes the failure rate low and maintenance convenient.
